I'm not a long distant runner. But, it's started about a year ago, I began to run. Did jogging anytime I can. I can say that my life's changed. I'm physically stronger than before. And mostly, I began to think about my health better than before.
 
I may not be the best runner or athlete. But it's sure paid off every time you succeed to finished the run. No matter what.
